We provide information and assistance to connect individuals and families to services at the San Diego Regional Center and other essential resources. Over the past five years, we have assisted families with applications for IHSS, Medi-Cal, CalFresh, SSI, and other agency supports under the Regional Center. We are here to guide you through the doorway to support services.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES
Severe and chronic disabilities that are attributable to a mental or physical impairment that begins before an individual reaches adulthood.
These disabilities include:
Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autism, and disabling
conditions closely related to intellectual disability or requiring similar treatment.
Any resident of San Diego or Imperial County believed to have a developmental disability may apply for services.
The intake procedure will determine eligibility based on social, medical, and psychological information gathered.
