Kimberly Mills, Chief Executive Officer
Kimberly Mills has over 20 years experience providing social services to youth, adults and their families. She has worked with youth with severe emotional disturbances in foster care, families who have children with developmental disabilities and adults with developmental disabilities. Kim’s passion is to help people realize their dreams for their lives. She believes everyone has a purpose in life and it is our responsibility to help individuals find their purpose and fulfill it. Kim holds a Masters degree in Community Counseling from Kent State University.
Clyde Williams, Director Operations
Clyde is responsible for company financials, business operations and development. Clyde is a Sales/Marketing, Operations, and Management professional. With years of leadership experience. He is an agent of change leading organizations to reduced cost through operating efficiencies that lead directly to increased revenue. Clyde is responsible for the business operations of the organization development of new business relationships and opportunities.
Monica Bradley, TD Intake Director
Monica Bradley is the Director of Tailored Day services/Intake at A Better Life Together and has been employed with the Agency for 8 years. Monica graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. degree in Psychology. She has worked in field of Social Services for 23 years, as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Stepping Stones of San Diego, Vice president of the Board of Directors for Diversionary Theatre and Member at Large on the Board of Directors for United Way Chad. Monica is a Nonviolence Crisis Intervention certified instructor and active in the Faith community as a member of the United Church of Christ. During her leisure time Monica enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time with her family and being a mother.
